Oscar Wilhelm Abrahamsson is a designer born in Sweden and based in Los Angeles. His work focuses on pushing the traditional boundaries of architecture and urbanism, and imagines new worlds through conflating design, research, representation, history and style. In addition to built work in architecture, his work embodies different media such as digital imagery, line drawings, 3D prints, physical models and installations. His work has been published in Europe and North America.
Oscar holds a Master of Architecture II from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Architecture as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lund University (LU) in Lund, Sweden. He has also received education in Art and Management from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona in Cerdanyola del Valles, Spain. He has collaborated and worked for several architects, most recently for Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG.dk) in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Studio of Relativity (studioofrelativity.com) in Los Angeles California, as part of the design team for a number of different architectural projects and conceptual proposals.
